He is survived by: his children, Austin Hartzler, Liam Carr, Kingston Carr and Titan Carr; his siblings, Katie Halm (Nick), Natasha Carr, Emily Coyer (Brock), Clay Carr and Logan Carr; his daughters, Mary Major and Tabitha Clem; his uncles, George Carr, Greg Carr (Mandi), Steve Chamberlain and Larry Chamberlain (Sonya); his aunt Sarah Cummings; his siblings' children, Aiden Carr, Taylor Clary, Braylon Carr, Ariah Carr, Avayah "Avocado" Carr, Ayson Carr, Hailey Coyer, Sophia Halm and Henry Halm; his friends, Derek Clingerman, Eric Smith and Keith Mongold; and his pet Duke.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eichholtz & Daring Funeral Home & Cremation Center (321 N Main St, Bellefontaine, OH 43311). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
