She is survived by: her husband Raleigh Owen Oliver; her children, Cherille VanWinkle (Jim), Cindy Bettinger (John), Stephen Oliver (Kathy), Robert Oliver and Tim Oliver (Shekina); and her siblings, Robert Heizer (Flo), Fred Heizer and Thomas Heizer (Ellen). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many loving great and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory (5591 US-68, West Liberty, OH 43357). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
