He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Collum and Betty B. Collum (Henry). He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Collum (Ward); his children, Lance E. Collum (Jenny), Brent R. Collum (Amber) and Samantha Stephens; and his sisters, Nancy Sue LeVan and Kimberly Kay Reames. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
