She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Herd and Margaret Zelma Herd (Eddy); her husband Edward Franklin Shape; her son Randy Shape; and her grandson Keith Michael Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, John Farmer, Jeff Farmer (Deanne), Joanne Birt and Rodney Shape; and her sisters, Juanita Ely and Janet Watkins. She is also survived by several loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
