He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Wells and Diane Wells (Conley); and his daughter Courtney Wells. He is survived by : his children, Krislen Burnsed (Chad), Dyllan Wells (Billie Jean), Matthew Wells (Shakria) and Levi Wells (Grace); his grandchildren, Kenzie, Daylyn, Callyann, Danielle, Saya, Layla and Evonne; his great grandchild Brenlee; and his siblings, John Wells, Patricia Mathis (Frank), Sandy Sloan (Jerry), Hoss Wells (Joy) and Tammy Strickland (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Wake Up the World Ministries (600 E Brown Ave, Bellefontaine, OH 43311).
