She is survived by : her parents, Loye Startzell and Joyce Startzell (West); her spouse Lee Edward Ellis; her children, Nicholas Mucklo of Beloit, OH, Zachary Mucklo of Beloit, OH and Jenna Mucklo of Beloit, OH; her siblings, Donald Startzell (Megan) of Highland, MD and Sharon Walton (Ron) of French Creek, WV; her uncle Darl Startzell (Patricia); and her aunts, Carol Gardner (Richard), Marilyn Sainsbury (James), Cynthia O'Donnell (Richard) and Sandra Holben (Richard).

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Association or the Evangelical United Methodist Church.
