He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Nichols and Glendora Nichols Toothman; and his brother Keith Nichols. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Kay Hart; his sons, Eric Glen Nichols (Carrie) of Lucasville and Jason Ray Nichols (Beth) of Aledo, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tiffancy, Caitlin Nichols of Texas, Noah and Gabe Nichols of Lucasville, Ohio.; and his great grandchild Charlee.
