It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Louise Givens Norris of Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Givens and Evelyn Givens. She is survived by : her husband Roscoe G. Norris; her children, Sabrina Eliopulos (Paul), Rebecca Phillips (Fred), Jennifer Weimer, Kay Marks (Mike) of Belpre and Jay Norris (Melinda) of Macksburg, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Christina Angela, Jessica, Jordan, Jamie, Les, Wesley, Stephanie, Natasha, Tyler, Matthew, Michael and Nathaniel; and her sister Shirley Gilchrist of Vienna, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
