He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos G. Lowell and Helen Lowell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Evelyn Wool (Robert), Martin Lowell, Doug Lowell, Michael Connolly, James Connolly (Suzanne), Tara Turner (Brian Dalisay) and Kelly Wilson (Johnathan); his grandchildren, Eric, Jennifer, David, Rachel, Lauren, Aiden, Sarah, Christopher, Alexander, Kylie and Jacie; and his great grandchild Eve Catherine.
