She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Hursey and Helen Hursey (Wells); and her siblings, Marilyn, Clarence, Bob, Alan and Larry.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald "Jim" Berard; her children, Joy Robinson (David), Larry Berard (Elaine) and Ron Berard (Cheryl); and her brothers, Ray Hursey and Don Hursey (Mercedes). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
