She is survived by : her parent Mary Kuryn (Horshok); her husband Albert Horkey; her children, Perry Horkey (Mary) of East Springfield, Jan Morley (Bob) of East Springfield, Jill Carrell of Tucson, AZ, Dane Horkey (Dawn) of Henryville and Lori Coffland (Carl) of Scio; and her sister Katherine Lacas of Springfield, MA.
