She was predeceased by : her parents, Onies Coder and Dorothy Coder; her husband Norman E. Biggs; her son-in-law Steve Fox; and her great grandchild Chloe R. Fox.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie A. Fox, Gary L. Biggs (Valerie) and Jennifer L. Ferguson (Jeff). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
