She is survived by: her husband Freddie Eugene Chamberlain; her children, Adam William Cottrell (Vernice), Connie Ruth Smith, Jamie Cottrell (Bernita), Eric Cottrell (Brenda) and David Chamberlain; and her grandchildren, Crystal Myers, Adam Cottrell, Tabitha Waits, Michael Waits, Brock Williamson, Nathan Cottrell, Janita Holden (Luke), Shawn Cottrell, Torie Mann (Chris), Lorie Woodward, Eric Cottrell (Amy), Shannon Smith (Mark) and Ashley Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home (223 W Market St, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at the Bloomingburg Cemetery (4299 OH-38, Bloomingburg, OH 43106).
