It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Ruttencutter of Bloomingdale, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 81, on June 9, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William'Bill' Matthews and Jessie Mae Matthews (Wilburn); her husband John; and her siblings, Joyce Rine and Ronald Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Jon (Shirley) of Wintersville, Jay of Bloomingdale and Stacey Dixon (Rosell) of Columbus, OH; and her siblings, Dorothy Dehnart of Indiana, Calvin Matthews of St. Clairsville, OH, David Matthews of Wintersville, OH and Donald Matthews (Donna) of Washington, PA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home - Smithfield (107 Hill St, Smithfield, OH 43948). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
