She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Cocks and Cathryne Cocks; and her sister Amanda Thomas Kramer. She is survived by: her husband Gary B. Volz; her children, Betsy Bushman (David Haley) and David Volz (Jodi); her grandchildren, Cooper, Carson Bushman, Paiten and Madilyn Volz; and her brother Richard E. Cocks, Jr.. She is also survived by relatives and good friends.
