She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Evans and Grace Evans (Lamb); her husband Cill Blevins; her children, Joan Colvin, Lloyd Blevins and Jeffery Wayne Blevins; her grandchildren, Dwayne Colvin, Ryan Colvin, Jenny Blevins Derek Blevins and Angela Blevins; and her sister Louetta Dillow.
She is survived by : her children, Ann Blevins (Albert), Valarie Lewis (Randy), Phillip Blevins (Connie), Darrell Blevins (Paula) and Wesley Blevins (Sherry); and her brother Carl Evans of Hillsboro, OH.
