Jack M. Fields Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2020, at the age of 84, Jack M. Fields of Bluffton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fields and Gertrude Fields (Free); and his brother Richard "Dick" Fields. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fields of Bluffton; his children, Bruce A. Fields of Bluffton, Bob Fields (Barbara) of Bluffton and Susie Campbell (Jeff) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Ashley Lucas (Jon), Cody Fields (Robin), Scott Campbell and Rachel Campbell; his great grandchildren, Amya Campbell, Cali Smith, Tavon Smith and Jordan Lucas; and his sister-in-law Mary Fields of Findlay.
