He was predeceased by: his parents, Marco King and Mamie King (Smith); and his siblings, Florice Anderson, Phyllis Pundt, Maureen Geren, Louise King, Dean King and Robert King.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy King of Bluffton; his children, Jim King (Pat) of Bluffton, Susan King (Donnie Donovan) of Bluffton and Lora Basinger (Dave) of Bluffton; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Boisvert (Chris), Hannah Slechter (Wade), Mary Cherry (Joey), Bethany Tolgar (Seven), Diana Basinger and Kathryn Basinger; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jonah, Jora Boisvert, Evey, Josie, Avonlea Slechter, Jax, Jett Cherry, Kamille and Sienna Tulgar; and his brother Joe King of Florida.
