She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parkins and Katherine Parkins (Steegman); her husband Gary Marshall; and her brothers, Doug Parkins and Jon R. Parkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Fruchey (Jeremy) of Bluffton and Pamela Marshall (Bob Chandler) of Anna, Ohio; her grandchildren, Morgan, Camryn, Emerson Fruchey, Drew Brodman (Hannah Johnson), Robby Chandler and Brynn Schmitz; her great grandchild Wilder Brodman; her siblings, Ed Parkins (Lynn) of Bluffton, Carole Stechschulte (Tom) of Columbus Grove, Phillip Parkins of Lima, Rebecca Franck of Shreve and Billie Parkins (Chris VanSchoyck) of Beaverdam; and her sister-in-law Barb Parkins of Bluffton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
