She was predeceased by: her father James Gillespie. She is survived by: her mother Teresa Gillespie (Delk); her sons, Collin and Nolan Watterson; her sister Miki Gillespie (Jason) of Sidney; and her nieces, Amelia, Penelope Gillespie, Karen and Allison Felts.

The family has request no floral arrangements be sent, instead memorial contributions may be made to FOA (Families of Addicts) 425 Findlay St Dayton, OH 45404 in Crystal's memory.
