He was predeceased by: his parents, Ord McCullough and Norine McCullough (Gould); his sister June Stoker; and his grandson Daniel McCullough. He is survived by: his children, Jeff McCullough (Cheryl) of Botkins, Jerry McCullough (Linda) of Sidney, Jody Marx (Melvin) of Botkins, Deb VanHoose (Gordon Humes) of Lima, Krissy Otwell (Jim Ray) of New Knoxville, Diana Hicks (Brad) of North Pole, Ala and Ron Sheets (Irene) of Lima; his grandchildren, Tracy Bertin (Marcus), Matthew Hicks (Pauline), Zachary Voisin (Abby), Jonathan Otwell (Erica), Jessica VanHoose, Larry VanHoose (Megan), Kreg McCullough (Stephanie), Claire McCullough (Eric Egbert), Alex McCullough, Ryan McCullough (Jayme), Josh Sheets (Kyla), Bethany Marx (Adam), Jordan Marx, Laekin Hicks and Sadie Brookman (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Paige Hicks, Iliamna Voisin, Kaycee, Kenzie VanHoose, Bentley, Nolan Otwell, Corbin, Maddux McCullough, Gabriel, Lucas, Nick Bertin, Everly Marx and Chaz Kirk.
