He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ford and Lucille Ford (Lentz); his son Tom Ford (Robin); his grandson Tyler Marten; and his brothers, Jimmie and Daniel Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Musser; his daughters, Deb Marten (Gary) of Bowling Green and Brenda Obrock (David) of Luckey; his grandchildren, Kyle, Dixon, Chaz, Nicki, Shannon, Chelsea, Kacie and Kelly; and his close friend Dawn DeFalco.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may take the form of contributions to: The Parkinson's Foundation or Faith United Methodist Church.
