He is survived by: his children, Charles M. Riley II, Jeannie Wood (Shawn) and Sue Ann Konkler (Alex Ward); his grandchildren, Corey Riley (Courtney), Tanner Riley (Felicia), Cierra Miller (Joey), Jeffery Konkler Jr. (Isobell), Micheala Konkler, Austin Konkler, Lillian Ward and Alex; his former wife Ruth Riley; and his siblings, Carlos Riley (Cheryl) and Maxine Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
