He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl K. Kitchen and Lucille "Lucy" Kitchen; his wife Mary Helen Kitchen; and his son Guy Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth K. Kitchen (Susan) and Anne Campbell (Bruce); and his daughter-in-law Jo Ann Kitchen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
