She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mulla and Rose Mulla; and her sisters, Donna Seitz and Gayle Ann Novak. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Kaput (Kevin Squires) of Vermilion, Heather Kaput and Cara Russo (Nicholas) of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister Linda Mazzone of Seven Hills.
