She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Kmit Sr.; and her brother George Jr. Kmit (Millie). She is survived by: her husband Fred Levine; her sister Anna Tomsic; her stepson Dr. Jeffrey Levine (Doris); her nephews, Jeffrey Tomsic (Susan), Steve Tomsic (Rachel), Michael, Mark and Matthew Kmit (Michelle); her niece Cheri Fleser (Greg); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylee, Asher, Samson and Tyler; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer (Joshua), Danielle, Elyssa and Taylor; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Bradley and Cameron.
