She is survived by : her husband Arthur Spagnoletta; her children, Windy Dawn Boles of Nashville, TN, William Lawrence Gump Jr. of Punxsutawney, PA and Kimberly Dawn Paruso of Brockway, PA; her siblings, Patricia Hubbard of Kileen, TX, Mike Fanto Sr. of Niles and Ron Heckrow of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Audrey Jean Sydnor, Sierra Marie Craig, Bradley Douglas Gump, Maria Lynn Duffy and Grayson John Uhl; and her great grandchild Jaxson Dule Alan Crocker.
