It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Stifter of Brookfield, Ohio, born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter A. Stifter and Helen Stifter (Krajeski); and his sister Charlene Gregorich. He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Jason F. Stifter (Sara) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and Kelley N. Gay (Pat) of Youngstown, Ohio; his sisters, Cherie Jenkins (Dave) of Vienna and Carole Vansach (John) of Brookfield; and his grandchildren, Mason and Logan.

As suggested by his family, memorial contributions can be made to the Akron Children's Hospital, 6505 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512.
