He was predeceased by : his daughter Deborah Salisbury. He is survived by : his wife Shelby Clear; his children, Connie Fryman (Steve) and Gary Moore (Ann); his grandchildren, Andrea, Andy (Maresa), Chris, Michael and Beth (Stephen); and his sister Loretta Klepinger. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
