He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Michelle Loughman (TJ) and Garret Neiswonger (Katie); his grandchildren, Nathan, Hailee Loughman, Eli, Max and Ali Beth Neiswonger; his sister Sandy Spence; his parents, Bob Neiswonger and Jean Neiswonger; his mother-in-law Florence Young; his brother-in-law Sonny Spence; and his nephew Jeff Shue.
