He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivyl Dunlevy and Freda Dunlevy; his wife Mary Lee Kollar Dunlevy; and his son Michael Dunlevy Sr. Mac (Shylah). He is survived by: his children, Mac, Michele (Orville) and Melinda. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Diabetes Foundation or American Heart Association in memory of Mac.
