She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Best and Zola Best (Flickinger); her husband Ralph Erwin Culler; and her siblings, Don Best, Meredith, Joan and Marjorie.
She is survived by: her children, Cathryn Spurlock (Michael) of Columbus, OH, Charles Culler (Wendy) of Bryan, Michael Culler (Dina) of Bryan and Christine Williams (Thomas) of Plain City, OH; her grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher, John, Susanna, Christiana, David, Darcie, Jessica, Sean, Sam, Rycki and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Brodee, Rachel, Geoffrey, Tanley, Landon, Mackenzie and Gianna; and her siblings, Phyllis Koesterman of Cincinnati, OH and Dr. James Best of Columbus.
Due to the ongoing pandemic it is recommended that visitors wear face coverings for the time to receive friends on May 8, 2021 at Christ Community Church in Ridgeville Corners from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
