He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben E. Rupp and Mable Elsie Rupp (Moss); and his daughter-in-law Dawn Rupp. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Phillips; his children, Cindy L. Cairl (Dan) of Fremont, Vicki S. Keppeler (Gayle) of Edgerton, Timothy D. Rupp (Pam) of Bryan and Beth A. Bolin (Bill) of Wilmington, Ohio.; and his sister Dorthy A. Gruber (Larry) of Trinity, Florida.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, recommended social distancing and occupancy of the funeral home will be observed.
