He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. Diaz and Angelina Diaz (Guzman); and his siblings, William Diaz and Evelyn Miller. He is survived by: his wife Robin Diaz (Gilliland) of Bryan, OH; his children, David Diaz, III (Jen) of Columbus, OH, Angie Oliver (Billy) of Houston, TX, Deana Thompson (Rick) of Monroeville, IN, Amanda Diaz of Defiance and Lindy Diaz of Phoenix, AZ; and his stepchildren, Chris McDonald (Amy) of Defiance, Eric McDonald (Brittany) of Columbus, OH and Lisa Losekamp (Brian) of Independence, KY.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the recent pandemic, masks and social distancing are required at both locations.
