He is survived by: his parents, William Spragg and Gladys Baker Spragg; his wife Wava Jean Spragg (Brock); his children, Nancy Diane Oliver (David), Vickie Darlene Garrett and Gregory Lynn Spragg (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Steve Oliver (Carolyn), Chris Oliver (Sarah), Kaleigh Harris (Cedric), Tyler Spragg and Toby Littick; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Oliver, Cruz Harris and Caz Harris. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
