We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lavon Cooper Sr. of Bryan, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marion and Sarah Catherine Cooper (DeCamp); his daughter Patricia Cooper-Simpson; his granddaughter Angela Cooper; and his brothers, George Cooper, Joseph Marion Cooper, Jr. and Clare Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Murray of Bryan, Ohio; and his children, Diana Ortiz of Casa Grande, Rick Cooper (Penny) of Bryan, Randy Cooper (Regina) of Edgerton and Cherie Crites (Benjamin) of Bryan, Ohio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family ask those attending services to observe social distancing and to wear mask to prevent spreading of the virus.
The family ask those remembering Richard to make memorial contributions to the family.
