She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Juarez and Petra Juarez (Hernandez); and her spouse True Paul Ridgway. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ridgway of Bryan, Jeff Ridgway (Gina) of Bryan, Rebecca Snow (Bob) of Wauseon and Victor Juarez (Mary) of Edgerton; and her grandchildren, Zach Ridgway (Savannah), Dustin Snow, Dexter Ridgway and Drew Ridgway.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, private graveside funeral services for Victoria will be held at Fountain Grove Cemetery with Pastor Michael Wengerd officiating.
