With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dewey Lee Clayton of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dewey Lee Clayton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall (Buddy) and Dorothy Clayton (Dorie); and his siblings, William Clayton (Bill) and Patricia Clayton (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Clayton; his children, Brian Horn (Martha) of Columbus, OH and Kelly Barnhill of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, Alec, Ian, Cloe and Ruby Barnhill-Rodriguez; and his siblings, Terry Clayton (Connie) and Diane McGovern. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service - Hebron (108 N 7th St, Hebron, OH 43025). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (3840 Sunbury Rd, Columbus, OH 43219).
