She is survived by: her parents, Michael S. Kelly Sr. and Elaine M. Kelly (Campbell); her sons, Levi D. Dyer and Michael S. Johnson; her grandchildren, Rilynn Dyer and Atlas Johnson; her siblings, Michael S. Kelly II (Lara), Teresa Mease, Todd Kelly and Ron Kelly (Shelby); and her former husband Jason Dyer (Monica). She is also survived by her parents and husband.
