He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard C. Piper and Doris Piper (Woods); and his brother Jerry Piper. He is survived by : his daughters, Tonya Elam (Heath) of Beavercreek and Brandi Phillips (Robert) of Delaware; his siblings, Eric Piper of Columbus and Patricia Powell of Bucyrus; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Phillips, Gracie Phillips, Tyler Elam and Samantha Elam.
