With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Paul Zakro of Bucyrus, Ohio, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zakro and Shirley Zakro (Peters). He is survived by: his children, Sharon Zakro, Joshua, Matthew and Jasun Zakro; his stepdaughter Theresa Miller; and his siblings, Edward, Scott Zakro and Barbara Roberts.

Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society.
