She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Pauline Smith (Heffley); her brother-in-law John Pope; and her parents-in-law, Richard Shull and Pauline Newland.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad, Jason (Maunaka) and Kyle (Brenda); her grandchildren, Aiden, Karlee, Preston, Kaleb, Isaiah and Olivia; her siblings, Don Smith (Judy), Dale Smith (Pat), Tom Smith (Elsie), Jack Smith (Nancy), Joann Hesse (Jack), Janet Poignon (Paul), Virginia Poland (John), Dian Pope, Ron Newland (Gerri Jaskiewicz) and Mike; her sister-in-law Connie Shull; and her friends, Kaye and Sue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and nurse.
Memorials may be made to the Church or the Colonel Crawford Lions Club through the funeral home.
