She was predeceased by: her father Paul D. Livingston; her son-in-law Chris "Duffy" Dyer; and her brothers, Randy Livingston, David Livingston and Greg Stanfield.
She is survived by: her husband Burton L. Wentz Sr.; and her children, Burton Wentz Jr. (Diane), Brent Wentz (Jamie), Bonita Dyer, Bridgette Cole, Babette Green (Mike), Rebecca Freeman, Jon Freeman (Susan), Holly Wickline (Gene Miller), Amy Freeman and Jennifer Kagel (Brad). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Pat had a big heart for animals and would find it fitting that any donations be made payable to the Humane Society Serving Crawford County.
