Kujawa; her stepchildren, Kaitlin Bennett (David) of Hopedale, OH and Tyler Kujawa of Smithfield, OH; her granddaughter Kensington Bennett of Hopedale; and her siblings, Sandy Miller of Rayland, OH, Jane Long of Bloomingdale, OH and Ronald Kontra (Theresa) of Mingo Jct, OH.
