He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve J. Ornouski and Mary Cameron Ornouski; and his grandson Isaac Ornouski. He is survived by: his wife Christine Kaczmarek Ornouski; his children, Kevin (Tracee) of Carrollton, Randy (LaDella) of Piedmont, Ohio and Stephanie Sword (Aarron) of Lodi, Ohio; his stepsons, Kriss Petrisko (Mandy) of Kaukauna, Mike Brown of Washington, D. C. and Carey Howard (Robin) of Waldorf, Maryland; and his sisters, Nancy Petrilla of Cleveland and Barb Galey (Terry) of Cadiz, Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home (172 S Main St, Cadiz, OH 43907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Teresa's Catholic Church (143 E South St, Cadiz, OH 43907).
