She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer E. Lawlis and Lula M. Murphy Lawlis; and her son Jimmy Horn. She is survived by : her children, Christopher Horn (Sally), Jeff Horn (Shelly) and Marcy Thompson (Tod); her grandchildren, Tim, Tory, Tayla, Rachel, Elyse and Andrew; and her brother Walter Lawlis (Wendy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
