It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duke Anderson (Caldwell, Ohio), who passed away on March 31, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Melvin; his former wife Sallie Adsit Anderson; and his brother Joseph M. Anderson Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Sophia Christine McKinney Anderson; his wife Mary Jane Farley Yontz; his children, Kelly J. Ruppel (Gary) of Caldwell and Paul F. Anderson (Nancy) of Cincinnati; his stepdaughters, Susan Yontz (Matt Weaver) of East Lansing and Terry Schwab of Columbus; his grandchildren, Sallie Ann Samolitis, Kimberly Sue Samolitis, Crystal Marie Bierman, Brooke Schwab, Kara Schwab, Lucas G. Hughes (Alina), Reva M. Steed (Brook), Brian J. Ruppel and Kate L. Ruppel (Derick Curtis); and his great grandchildren, Hope Schwab, Ava Rogers, Logan Steed, Riley Ruppel, Hailey Ruppel and Sterling Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
