It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Eugene Sandlin of Camden, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his birth father Alva Shaffer; his mother Dollie Sandlin (Hartman); his adoptive father John Sandlin; his wife Mable Sandlin (McDivitt); his daughter Peggy Sandlin; and his brother Mark Shaffer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Rich (Bruce Arthur) and Mary (Artie Stowe); his close friend Pam Hines; his daughter Kellie Hines of Eaton; his brothers, Alvie (Becky Sandlin), Leonard (Olga Sandlin) and Jimmy Schaffer of Eaton; and his grandchildren, Greg, Sara Stowe, Ryan, Amy Rich, Kristi, Brian Deaton, Bradley Stowe, Kendra, Jessie Hammock, Kyle Stowe and Jennifer Stowe. He is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great grandson; many brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and lots of amazing friends.
