He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Cuva and Anna Tovarnak Cuva; his brothers, Rocco Cuva (Carol) of Jupiter, FL, Joseph Cuva (Elaine) of Campbell and Mark Cuva (Mary Lou) of Tallmadge; his siblings' children, Laura Cuva, Kim Woodal, Joanna Van, Rebecca Chenos, Rocco Cuva Jr., Billy Cuva, Mark Cuva Jr. and Matthew Cuva; and his significant other Kenneth Passella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.
