She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Simchik and Josephine Kotwica Simchik; her sisters-in-law, Ann Simchick, Betty Simchick and Natalie Simchik; her daughter Mary; her husband Nick; and her siblings, Mary Mady, Florence Janoso, Edward Simchik, John Simchik, Julius Simchik, Rudy Simchik and Stanley Simchik.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Mistovich (Debbie) of North Jackson and Lenore Taylor (Jim) of Galena; her grandchildren, Brian Taylor, Rick Taylor (Sara), Jaqueline Thomas (Travis), Renee Schwaderer (James), Danielle Mistovich and Laura Walters (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Gabriella, Giuliana and Elijah. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; and good friends.
